Laser 3D Scanner
The purpose of laser three-dimensional scanner is to project a linear laser beam emitted by a semiconductor laser onto the surface of an object, which is distorted by the undulating characteristics of the object surface. Then, the distorted data is captured by the camera attached to the 3D scanner, so that the three-dimensional point cloud data on the surface of an object can be obtained. Finally, the obtained point cloud data can be used to generate a complete three-dimensional digital model of the object appearance.
At present, 3D scanner is widely used in automobile manufacturing, mold quality inspection, article fatigue detection and digitization of manual art models, and it is an indispensable auxiliary tool for industrial manufacturing.
